REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

More than 60 Days Prior to Tournament: If a team withdraws 60 or more days before the tournament, they are eligible of partial refund of half entry fee, if spot is filled.
Within 60 Days of Tournament: No refund is provided if a team withdraws within 60 days of the event, no exceptions.

Two or More Games Started: No refund is given if two or more games have started.
One Game Started: A 50% refund will be issued if only one game is started.
No Games Started: If no games begin, a 60% refund will be provided.
COVID-19 or Similar Closures: In cases where government mandates prevent play, credits for future events or refunds may be provided at Legends Softball's discretion.
Application of Refunds: If a team is due a refund but also has an unpaid balance for future events, the refund will be applied toward the outstanding balance for those upcoming events.

80° - 89°: Caution is advised; monitor players closely for any necessary action.
90° - 99°: Extreme caution is advised; games may be shortened. Hydration breaks should be allowed as needed, and uniforms adjusted to allow for maximum cooling.
100° - 109°: Games will be reduced in length, and fewer games may be scheduled.
110° & Above: All activities will be suspended until the heat index drops below 110°.
