ATLEE ALMAN

PITCHING INSTRUCTOR

Atlee was a 4 year starting pitcher for the Gloucester High School varsity softball team. She was a dominant force in the circle and became a field general because of her softball knowledge and natural leadership style.

While throwing a curveball her senior year, she tore her ACL which ended her high school career. She didn’t let an injury hold her back from playing the sport she loves at a higher level. After knee surgery she walked-on to the Merrimack College Softball Team where she was a starting pitcher and first baseman for 4 years.

In 2012 she became the pitching coach at Simmons College. While there, pitchers on the team earned the titles GNAC All-Conference First Team, Division III All-Region Second Team and GNAC Rookie of the Year to name a few. She helped coach the team to the GNAC championship game in 2014.

I love instructing pitchers on how to develop alternate pitches based on their natural form and physical ability. I truly believe any pitcher can succeed with hard work and dedication. I am excited to give back to a sport that I love so much and develop future powerhouses in the circle.

She currently lives on the North Shore with her husband, 3 kids and their dog.
